What it is

Lost Planet 2, the sequel to Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, the landmark third-person shooter that sold over 2.3 million units worldwide.

A decade after the struggle for the frozen world of E.D.N. III, the planet's climate has shifted and split into wildly varied environments, from lush jungles to harsh deserts. Rival human factions still wage war over the planet's vital Thermal Energy, while the native Akrid creatures mutate into new and far more dangerous forms. Chief among these threats are the colossal Category G Akrid, monstrous giants whose sheer presence reshapes the land around them. Told across the perspectives of competing factions, the game follows their separate fights for survival and dominance on this ever-changing world.
