A decade after the struggle for the frozen world of E.D.N. III, the planet's climate has shifted and split into wildly varied environments, from lush jungles to harsh deserts. Rival human factions still wage war over the planet's vital Thermal Energy, while the native Akrid creatures mutate into new and far more dangerous forms. Chief among these threats are the colossal Category G Akrid, monstrous giants whose sheer presence reshapes the land around them.
